(it's not helping at the moment) Lately I swear I think I've peaked below a ten (for like two months) I've just been in bed most days (I was forced to get out a few times for my cousins hospital stuff, but hated it lol)(no baths etc) I've been playing computer games in bed with my little nephews, and that kills me Lol, I have to send them up, so instead of reclining at 45 degree angle, I can lower the bed down to a 10 lol. With the help of this course, I am hoping to get to a 40 or 50. 50-60, although I have moderate to sever symptoms. Copyright 2006 - 2020.
Mostly mild symptoms. I would say I'm between a 30-40. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around?? As I go along in this course, I will share things I learn in an effort to help all of you. But I do what I can do, when I'm able.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) describes a sense of exhaustion and post-exertion malaise, even when you have gotten enough rest and sleep. Trouble is, I do backslide still...then it's trying to claw my way back up again. Crazy.

I'm only halfway through this chapter and have found something I want to share with you, my readers and friends who also suffer from these debilitating disorders: the rating scale. Dr. Campbell says, "To get an idea of how your situation compares to others, place yourself on the CFS/Fibromyalgia Rating Scale.". This helps me put things into perspective. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. Very interesting! 60: Able to do about 6-7 hours of work a day. I'm probably somewhere in the 25 range too.
Though there are days I am bedridden, there are also days I'm able to be fairly active. I read the message boards a lot, but this is the first time I've written. Mostly mild symptoms. ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia Rating Scale. Mostly mild to moderate symptoms. I never heard of this person before or the course. It's hard to stay in denial when you've read something otherwise, lol. The course came with a textbook entitled, "The Patient's Guide to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia: Take Charge Using Proven Self-Management Strategies," by Dr. Bruce Campbell.
